Health First Urgent Care, a member of the Urgent Care Group Network , is excited to announce that they now accept Select Health Patients at all four of their Charleston, South Carolina urgent care centers, in addition to accepting most major insurances.
This decision aligns with Urgent Care Group and Health First Urgent Care’s primary goal, which is to provide affordable and efficient healthcare to all.

In addition to accepting Select Health and all major insurances, Health First offers three-tiered flat rate bundles that focus on providing affordable healthcare services for patients without insurance. Each tier focuses on a different patient need such as illness, injuries, and comprehensive care. Health First Urgent Care has 4 locations in the Charleston area that are open Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. In addition, our North Charleston center has extended Sunday hours from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
