Crystal began her urgent care career in 2008 as a Radiologic Technologist. She transitioned into her first leadership role shortly thereafter and has held many leadership positions since. Crystal is passionate about ensuring that each patient receives high-quality care and she is committed to supporting urgent care teams.
In her role as Senior Director of Clinical Services at Urgent Care Group (UCG), Crystal manages imaging and lab compliance, assures adherence to state-specific regulations, supports the team during center acquisitions and de novo openings, and collaborates with the operational team and Medical Directors to determine optimal clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
Crystal attended the University of South Carolina Aiken where she studied Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting for two years before transferring to Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College. Here, she earned her Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology. After learning Computerized Tomography (CT) through clinical experience, she became registered in CT.
