Please choose the region of the center you visited. From there you can make a payment online, over the phone, or through the mail.
Pay Online
Click Pay My Bill to be redirected to InstaMed where you will be asked to enter your account number, first and last name, and email address.
Pay by Phone
Call our billing department at (470) 326-0141 and a billing team member will be happy to help with your payment over the phone.
Pay by Mail
In order to efficiently process your payment, please include the account number found on your billing statement.
